You need to step back and then sprint and double jump onto the left wall to wallrun, and then double jump off the wall onto a pipe. The entire floor is covered in sludge and falling in it will usually result in you dying. Go through the gated door and look towards the left area, you'll see the Pilot Helmet on some large pipes near the ceiling. Destroy these Stalkers so they are not in your way because this Pilot Helmet can be difficult to get. A gated door will open with some more Stalkers coming out. In the area where you face off against a lot of Stalkers robots along while protecting your allies. The Pilot Helmets is near the center of the catwalk. Before you go towards them, jump onto the left pipes and double jump onto the catwalk platform. You'll climb on some pipes and reunite with your allies.
